time
-
location

2.6 Booking on Behalf of Others
A customer may book a session for themselves and/or on behalf of other people (e.g. booking multiple spaces or a group booking).
2.7 Where a customer makes a booking that includes other people, the customer ("the group leader") confirms that:
-
they are authorised to make the booking on the group's behalf.
-
they have explained these Terms, including the Health & Medical Disclaimer (Section 6), age requirements (Section 5), and conduct rules (Sections 11–12), to every person included in the booking.
-
for any attendee aged 16 or 17, the group leader confirms that attendee has the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate, and will provide that guardian's name and contact details to DropSauna if requested.
-
for any attendee under 16, the group leader has confirmed that a parent or legal guardian will be physically present with that attendee for the full duration of the session.
Where the booking includes anyone under 18, the customer making the booking confirms that the age and guardian requirements in Section 5 (authorisation for 16–17 year olds; guardian presence and signature for under-16s) will be met for each such attendee.
2.8 The group leader is responsible for ensuring the above requirements are met for every attendee in the booking. DropSauna is not responsible for a group leader's failure to pass on relevant information, confirm permissions, or arrange required guardian attendance.
2.9 Each individual attendee remains subject to these Terms in their own right — including age verification (Section 5), health and safety rules (Sections 6–8), and conduct requirements (Sections 11–12) — regardless of who made the booking. DropSauna may refuse entry or remove any individual attendee who does not meet these requirements, even if other members of the same booking are unaffected.

References such as "up to 10 sessions" indicate the expected maximum use under normal operating conditions and are not guaranteed.
Unused estimated sessions, heating cycles, or burn time do not entitle the customer to a refund, credit, discount, or additional hire time.
