Drop Sauna was born out of a mutual love for wellness, nature, and genuine human connection..
What started as a simple idea — making sauna experiences more accessible in Christchurch — grew into something more meaningful. A way to create space for people to slow down, breathe, and reconnect in a busy world.
Inspired by Scandinavian sauna tradition, Drop Sauna brings that warmth outdoors, where fresh air, good company, and simple moments come together naturally.

We believe wellbeing should be simple, intentional, and unforgettable. Drop Sauna exists to give people a space to slow down, switch off, and enjoy the restorative power of heat therapy—whether alone, with friends, or as part of a special gathering.
