Cancellation Policy

All public session bookings are subject to this policy and our Terms & Conditions, except where different terms are required under New Zealand consumer law. Cancellations & Rescheduling Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the session start time. By default, eligible cancellations will be offered a reschedule or booking credit; a cash refund is available if specifically requested. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund, credit, or reschedule. Late Arrival Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Sessions will not be extended, and no refunds or credits will be provided for lost time. Refusal of Entry / Removal Entry may be refused, or participants may be removed, if they are intoxicated, impaired, behaving unsafely, or fail to follow staff instructions. No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be issued in these cases. Health & Early Exit Participation is at your own risk. If you choose to leave early or are unable to complete the session for any reason, no refund or credit will be provided. Operational Changes If DropSauna needs to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a session due to weather, safety, equipment issues, or other operational reasons, you will be offered a reschedule or booking credit by default, with a refund available on request.
